Oh! Another miracle!

It suddenly came to me!

At Walmart, staring at the PB Flour (not peanut flour fyi!)

How i could FINALLY make that Peanut Butter Cake i have always wanted!

For years anyway! As an adult.

Back before i was Dairy Free tho!

Hence this picture:

The matches were cause i couldn’t find toothpicks, to hold the foil off the cake’s PB Glaze! Glaze wonderful! 1 part sugar, 1 part pb flour, 2 parts water!

The eggless part needs to be changed though! Used baking powder and vinegar

And the taste was there for days!

The last big piece, it was gone!

Used Apple Sauce too

So cake was moist!

Instant Banana Pudding also a mistake (wanted cooked kind)

Bananas sliced, wanted, didn’t happen

Yet pudding addition was originally not intended when bought
