All i can say is

Damn my wrist looks big!

2 weeks in and ya’ll give up?

Well, I didn’t make any New Year’s Resolutions anyway!

Cause when you make it a goal

Like a Pinterest Board…

For me anyway

Pinned at the top in my mind’s eye

Are

  • Loose Weight
  • Make $

Loose weight is not really the goal, be more active, motivation is to loose weight, motivation is-i am tired of being tired, unable to do things 2 days in a row

Tired of being in pain and i know being more active will lessen it, not remove it entirely

Plus, it makes the making $ part better too

And it, this goal just happened to be around the New Year…

Almost signed up for many Fitness things

Seen Somatic before, somewhere

Timing & funds were right this time

Spirit desire high

Yet i understand that my flesh will be unwilling

Many of these New Year’s Resolution people, the Quitters, the Ditchers (definitely a Millennial and descendants thing Nickname The Lazy Generation)

They can’t take criticism yet they invent stuff like this?

Millennials are in their 30’s now and have Children who are teenagers/young adults who were the ones who ate Tide Pods?!

Spoonfuls of Nutmeg and cannot operate a washing machine?

Cause I have met some of this generation who weren’t so comfortable, so hamstrung

My health is at stake, my wellbeing, my happiness

And i will miss days of activity

That is a promise

No ditching or quitting tho

I may switch!

It to some other activity than the current fitness i paid for (i doubt it, because i really like it)

And I remember hearing at first, you may gain more weight!

(Cause i am bloated! Food and activity, diabetes threatens, numbness of limbs, means i will lose them

The fluid thang?

Adding 30 Box Breathings after each meal, upon waking and laying down to sleep (for the Lymphatic System)

I am known for my diligence, hallelujah

My determination, my preserverance

While this ‘more forgiveness’ I sleep next to (See turn curses into blessings (Swear Substitutions- replacement for mf…)

Wakes me up while i am sleeping

(No rest)

Stressing me out and feeding me 3 meals (instead of 2), also struggling not to fall asleep after eating…

Lack of AZO the day before, may also be apart of it…

I hate taking pills

Tablets, whatever

Yet also the Lord is showing me what to do

With these goals i got

They are sanctioned by Him

He is showing me stuff to do

With what i have!

And different ways to apply it

Inshallah (if it is His Will) when my Tri Sabbath is over? (Anticipating many to view, like or whatever these articles while i am gone too (trying to make me break my Sabbath? 😊)

I remember as an MGT and the MGT Captain was visiting us

And she asked, “Who is fasting?”

It was Ramadan or something like that

I know I didn’t raise my hand

“Why?” She asked us

We mumbled our responses, she listened to a couple of us.

Then she said,

So?! You failed! Just start over.
