i was reprogramming myself! i hated positive affirmations, so what does one call it when it’s not always bright and sunny, yet a much needed kick in the ass?

i also recently discovered that Women were FORCED into Attitude Adjustment in hospitals… a subject worth exploring later because it helps me understand how any female could support Donald Trump and any other person who disrespects Females so obviously…
