Just came from Zumba Gold class at Pier 62!
it was fun! Easy pace for Seniors (in my case disabled)

UPDATE: 11/12/21 aka Nathaniel 12, DiZAHAB1- Stopped going to Zumba Gold, when my whole body seized so bad i felt it in my pelvic region, unable to get out of bed for hours.
Zumba Gold was fun tho
it’s fall and winter is coming now tho…(for Zumba at the Pier now 🥶 brrrr! 🙂
